JOB POSTING – PRODUCTION ASSISTANT We are hiring a **Production Assistant** to work at our factory, participating in the entire production process of our textile and sublimated products. We seek individuals who are committed, organized, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Main responsibilities: * Handling and organizing goods; * Product sorting and verification; * Support during production stages; * Operating thermal press machines; * Operating laser cutting machines; * Packaging and shipping; * Supporting other activities within the production department. Requirements: * Experience in an industrial environment or on the factory floor; * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment and responsibility; * Agility and willingness to perform operational tasks; * Ability to work well in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in textile garment manufacturing; * Experience in garment assembly, sublimation, or sportswear production; * Knowledge of industrial processes.
