Job Summary: As a Restaurant Server, you will serve as the primary link between customers and their dining experience, ensuring warm and efficient service. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain active communication with the kitchen and support operations As a Restaurant Server at Grupo FIT, you will be the primary link between our customers and the dining experience we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: Greeting customers attentively, warmly, and energetically to ensure a light and welcoming experience. Presenting the menu confidently, clearly explaining dishes, combos, and daily specials. Recording orders accurately and promptly in the system. Operating the cash register when required, with responsibility and results focus. Suggesting additional items consultatively to increase the store's average ticket value. Setting up and preparing the dining area before each shift: tables, utensils, beverages, and organized stations. Monitoring expiration dates, consumption, and restocking of dining area items. Supporting the organization and cleaning of common areas throughout the shift. Accompanying customers throughout their entire journey, attending to details of their experience. Maintaining active and effective communication with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery, consistency, and quality. Assisting with dish pickup and delivery, contributing to smooth operational flow. Reporting any inconsistencies or points of concern regarding order preparation to leadership. Focusing on sales targets and excellence in customer service. Observing the dining area, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly. Contributing to an aligned, fluid operation with high performance standards. Job Information: Salary: R$ 1\.872,86 \+ tips; Benefits: transportation allowance and on\-site meals; Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, with two weekly days off; Available Shifts: Morning: 5:30 AM to 3:18 PM; Afternoon: 12:10 PM to 9:58 PM; Night: 9:00 PM to 6:48 AM\.
