Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on TV and Telecommunications systems, controlling and inspecting operational systems and equipment. Preparation of incident and technical maintenance reports **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on TV and Telecommunications systems. Control television, data transmission, and reception systems. Inspect the operational system prior to program broadcast. Perform maintenance on electronic and electrical circuits and equipment in the technical laboratory. Perform maintenance on cameras, audio and video systems. Reassemble equipment when required or during electrical power interventions. Operate electrical/electronic and RF controls to bring radio and/or TV broadcasting stations on-air or off-air. Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on studio equipment and peripherals. Conduct and evaluate readings from Switcher, Technical, and TX Room equipment for system control. Inspect, adjust, and control Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Generator Group devices. Monitor technical signal quality for transmission, reception, and over-the-air broadcast. Plan, evaluate, and execute installations establishing communications and peripherals. Perform tasks pertinent to the area of operation, utilizing computer equipment and software. Prepare daily incident and technical maintenance reports and service calls. Execute tasks supporting sector activities inherent to the role. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of management tools. Knowledge of electronic systems and instruments. Knowledge of equipment testing or fault diagnostics to locate and resolve issues.
