Assistance in cash flow forecasting and budget planning Shopping center seeks a Financial Analyst in Maringá. **Responsibilities:** Execute billing and expense allocation related to the shopping center's condominium and advertising. Manage the issuance of collection bills to clients, covering condominium fees, rent, and advertising. Conduct analyses and develop financial reports to support management. Prepare the company's consolidated monthly report. Support presentation of results to investors. Cover for vacations and provide general support to finance department activities. Update indices related to condominium and advertising. Conduct market analysis in collaboration with financial management. Assist in cash flow forecasting and budget planning. Previous experience as a Financial Consultant, Investment Analyst, Controller Specialist, or Budget Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
