Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing, structuring, and monitoring the technology project workflow, ensuring proper qualification, documentation, prioritization, and tracking from initiation through final delivery, as well as serving as the interface between business units and technical teams. Continuous improvement and operational governance Position Objective To organize, structure, and monitor the technology area’s project and demand workflow, ensuring that requests are properly qualified, documented, prioritized, and tracked from initiation to final delivery. Will be responsible for acting as the interface between business units and technical teams—understanding needs, eliciting requirements, scoping projects, organizing information, and ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria. Will also support process standardization, knowledge management, continuous operational improvement, and monitoring of departmental KPIs—contributing to greater efficiency, predictability, and delivery quality. Main Responsibilities: Demand Management and Requirements Elicitation * Receive, analyze, and qualify requests submitted to the Technology area. * Validate whether demands contain sufficient information for analysis and development. * Conduct requirements elicitation meetings with requesting departments. * Understand business needs prior to defining technical solutions. * Map functional and non-functional requirements. * Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and impacted areas. * Define acceptance criteria for each demand. * Structure user stories, tasks, and functional specifications. * Ensure demands are forwarded to development with clear scope and adequate documentation. Project Management and Operational Monitoring * Organize, monitor, and control the demand workflow throughout its entire execution lifecycle. * Keep project management tools updated (Kanban, backlog, and other systems). * Monitor status, deadlines, owners, priorities, and dependencies. * Identify bottlenecks, risks, delays, and decision-making needs. * Support leadership in demand planning and prioritization. * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, progress meetings, retrospectives, and alignment sessions. * Draft meeting minutes, records, and follow-up reports. Documentation and Knowledge Management * Produce and maintain up-to-date functional, technical, and operational project documentation. * Record requirements, decisions, workflows, acceptance criteria, and specifications. * Organize and maintain the team’s knowledge base. * Ensure information is accessible, current, and standardized. * Support the creation and review of internal procedures, standards, and processes. Delivery Validation and Quality Assurance * Perform functional validations of deliverables prior to business unit acceptance testing. * Verify solution compliance with defined requirements. * Identify inconsistencies, record required adjustments, and track their resolution. * Support the acceptance testing process with business units. * Ensure only deliverables compliant with acceptance criteria proceed to final validation. Continuous Improvement and Operational Governance * Monitor adherence to established processes, methodologies, and standards within the area. * Guide teams on correct usage of tools and workflows. * Identify opportunities for improvement in software development and project management processes. * Support the evolution of Agile methodologies and operational governance. * Participate in the implementation of new tools, automations, and continuous improvement initiatives. KPIs and Management Support * Monitor performance indicators related to projects, productivity, cycle time, delays, and rework. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations on portfolio progress. * Support leadership in operational capacity planning and demand distribution. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize processes, documentation, and departmental productivity. Technical Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in project management, requirements elicitation, business analysis, or technology operations. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, or similar. * Knowledge of functional documentation and requirements specification. * Familiarity with software development processes. * Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, automations, and infrastructure to facilitate communication with technical teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity will be considered a plus.
