Job Summary: Grupo NP is seeking a Commercial Assistant for AUTOFOZ, responsible for telephone and in-person customer service, delivery scheduling, test-drive vehicle control, and general support. With over 48 years of tradition, Grupo NP offers comprehensive infrastructure for mechanical, bodywork, painting, parts and accessories services, as well as diverse automotive solutions. We are looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to join AUTOFOZ**,** located in Foz do Iguaçu/PR. * Responsible for telephone and in-person customer service, call routing, WhatsApp monitoring (Reception and Technical Delivery), and supporting managers regarding service failures. * Manages and coordinates vehicle deliveries, arranges Uber rides for customers, and maintains the schedule. * Controls test-drive vehicles (check-outs, returns, cleaning, and refueling), and monitors complimentary services, promotional items, and commercial activities. * Also responsible for system data entry (Dealer Info), controlling and preparing Onboard Kits, organizing sales documents and checklists. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills and friendliness; * Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (2-hour break); Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00\. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * SESC membership; * Life insurance; * Christmas basket; * Birthday Day Off; * Gym partnerships; * University partnerships.
