Main Responsibilities: Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; Receive and direct clients, visitors, and suppliers; Organize documents, mail, and files; Provide administrative support to internal departments; Maintain the reception area in an orderly and professional manner. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Organizational ability, punctuality, and courtesy; Minimum 1 year of prior experience in this role (MANDATORY) Working Hours: 8:20 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
