Description

Job Summary: An HSE professional to promote compliance with labor and social security legislation, internal procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems. Support the behavioral program and participate in training Promote and contribute to organizing the HSE area, complying with applicable labor and social security legislation, as well as internal procedures, aiming to maintain the integrated management system and HSE management systems. Understand and act in accordance with the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy; know one's functions and responsibilities for compliance with the Integrated Management Program; participate in programs seeking continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the HSE Management Standards program; * Monitor and conduct internal and external audits of the management system; * Participate in developing procedures, instructions, and recommendations of preventive measures related to occupational hygiene and safety, as well as environmental protection, to ensure all legislative requirements are met; * Participate in environmental assessments for developing programs, technical reports, and documents; * Plan, develop, and deliver general training; • Support the behavioral program; • Participate in training programs; * Participate in developing new company projects to align them with legal requirements for Health, Safety, and Environment; * Analyze and recommend collective protective systems and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Conduct periodic inspections in company areas to identify hazards, risks, environmental aspects, and impacts; * Monitor expert assessments and provide technical advisory support in labor disputes; * Communicate and manage actions to improve unsafe conditions; inspect machinery, equipment, and tools owned by the company and third parties; • Analyze (investigate) and report work-related accidents and environmental incidents; • Guide analysis, control, and authorization for high-risk activities; * Guide and advise various departments on occupational safety and environmental matters; * Prepare managerial reports and presentations, and participate in meetings; * Report performance indicators; * Monitor construction projects; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in: Occupational Safety (recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment - MTE); * Proficiency in ISO 45001; * Minimum 3 years of experience; food industry or equivalent environment preferred; * Knowledge/experience in TPM maintenance. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Breakfast at the company (no cost); Lunch/Dinner at the cafeteria (2% salary co-payment); Transportation Allowance (1% of salary); Pharmacy Benefit \* 50% for occasional medications; \* 50% for chronic medications; \* 50% for contact lenses and eyeglasses (partial subsidy for frame purchase) \- Employee and dependents.
