Responsibility for hygiene and product expiration dates Main Responsibilities: * **Restock shelves, display islands, and counters** with perishable products. * **Organize products** following the **FIFO (first in, first out)** rule to prevent expiration. * **Check expiration dates** and remove expired or damaged products. * **Inspect quality and appearance** of foods such as meats, deli items, dairy products, fruits, and vegetables. * **Keep refrigerators and cold rooms organized** and clean. * **Label products** when necessary. * **Assist customers** in locating products. * **Maintain a clean and organized work area**, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
