If you seek professional growth, a dynamic environment, and the opportunity to join an industry-leading company, this position is for you! **Position: Occupational Physician** **Work Location:** Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR Work schedule: 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday **Responsibilities:** * Conduct occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, termination, and return-to-work); * Coordinate the Occupational Health Surveillance Program (PCMSO), ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations; * Issue the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) and other required medical reports; * Assess workers' health conditions and propose workplace adaptations to minimize risks; * Investigate and diagnose occupational diseases, proposing preventive and corrective measures; * Provide medical support in cases of workplace accidents, ensuring appropriate treatment and employee follow-up; * Prepare technical reports and opinions regarding workers' health and working conditions; * Engage in occupational disease prevention, promoting initiatives to improve employees' quality of life. **Requirements:** * Completed medical degree with specialization in occupational medicine; * Prior experience in occupational health; * Experience in SESMT (Specialized Services in Engineering Safety and Occupational Medicine) departments; * Knowledge of occupational health management platforms, e.g., SOC system; * Willingness to travel; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure; * Proactivity and organizational skills. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Cashback program; * Pharmacy network agreement.
