Job Summary:
A professional responsible for managing Integrated Management Systems, leading Continuous Improvement programs, and optimizing processes using tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead and evolve the IMS and the Continuous Improvement program
2. Manage risks, audits, and legal compliance
3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure maintenance, evolution, and effectiveness of the IMS in accordance with applicable ISO standards;
• Act as the responsible party for maintaining certifications and liaising with certification bodies;
• Conduct management reviews of the IMS with senior leadership;
• Ensure documentation system updates and control;
• Manage organizational risks, environmental aspects and impacts, and occupational hazards;
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Structure and lead the corporate Continuous Improvement program;
Implement and sustain methodologies such as:
• Lean Manufacturing
• Kaizen
• Six Sigma
• PDCA
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM) \- Value Stream Mapping;
• Lead cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity enhancement projects;
• Drive evolution of key performance indicators such as OEE, operational efficiency, and nonconformance reduction;
• Validate and track financial savings generated by projects.
• Define the corporate KPI framework;
• Monitor strategic, tactical, and operational indicators;
• Conduct periodic performance review meetings;;
• Ensure development, follow-up, and effectiveness of action plans.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits;
• Manage external audits and certification processes;
• Ensure effective handling of nonconformities;
• Ensure control of internal and external documents;
• Manage organizational change processes with a focus on risks.
• Manage the IMS and Continuous Improvement team;
• Evaluate performance and foster technical and behavioral development;
• Identify training needs;
• Participate in hiring, promotion, and termination processes;
• Develop an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Technical autonomy for decisions related to IMS and continuous improvement;
• Direct reporting line to the Executive Board;
• Accountable for achieving strategic goals related to management systems and operational efficiency.
• Ensure digital transformation is process-driven;
• Collaborate with IT and SAP teams;
• Maximize ERP ROI;
• Identify automation opportunities;
• Ensure process traceability and auditability within the system;
• Support implementation of new modules and system integrations;
• Embed compliance controls into systems
**Education Level:**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields.
Postgraduate studies or MBA preferred in:
· Business Process Management (BPM); Digital Transformation; Quality Management; Operational Excellence
