Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Supporting data manipulation and analysis to generate operational reports, ensuring data quality, integrity, and timeliness, while maintaining governance through documentation and standardization of routines/indicators. * Building and maintaining basic SQL and BigQuery queries, supporting SAP routines when needed, performing cross-database validations, and flagging inconsistencies to ensure data reliability. * Monitoring ICQA operational KPIs, communicating deviations to responsible parties, and supporting root cause analyses and action plans using quality tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, Check Sheets, and Problem Resolution Forms. * Partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to handle day-to-day demands—including tickets, prioritization, and issue resolution—sharing best practices and proposing incremental improvements to parameterized queries, basic scripts, and macros to increase agility and visibility of information. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Demonstrated foundational knowledge of SAP and basic SQL and BigQuery queries. * Familiarity with quality tools—including Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, Check Sheets, and Problem Resolution Forms—as well as agile methodologies focused on continuous improvement. * Residency in Governador Celso Ramos/SC or nearby areas, with availability to work onsite in the region, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:48\. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Ownership of your development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and learning within a team of outstanding professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything necessary for you to have a great experience. :) * Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering opportunities in exchange for payment.
