Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for parcel reception, dispatch, and transshipment, including document issuance and verification, as well as information management within the parcel system. Key Highlights: 1. Handling parcel reception and dispatch at the counter 2. Issuing and verifying DACTE, DANFE, and cargo manifests 3. Managing documents and information in the parcel management system Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: PARCEL RECEPTION AT THE COUNTER * Issue electronic DACTE based on information provided directly by the customer and/or DANFEs and declarations; * Identify parcels PARCEL DISPATCH * Issue electronic DACTE based on information provided directly by the customer and/or DANFEs, declarations, EDI, and onboard micro-terminals. * Generate the Cargo Manifest * Complete the Trip Map TRANSSHIPMENT * Generate the Transshipment Manifest * Complete the Trip Map PARCEL RECEIPT * Verify DACTEs against the manifest and parcels DISPATCH * Receive DANFEs related to collected goods. * Receive EDI files and register them in the system. * Receive micro-terminals with invoices and record them in the parcel system. * Receive XML files and import them into the parcel system. * Group DANFEs by recipient customers. * Issue waybills. * Attach DANFEs to DACTEs. * Cancel waybills in the system when necessary. * Replace waybills when necessary. * Archive dispatch draft documents. * Respond to pickup requests. * Prepare and analyze growth reports.
