Today, we have over 2\.300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá\-PR, and we operate more than 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** For questions regarding application to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Fiscal Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Perform and analyze fiscal document entries for the fiscal closing of the parent company and its branches, forwarding them to responsible parties for appropriate handling, while monitoring and tracking deadlines for submission of ancillary obligations and fiscal SPEDs. * Analyze information related to issuance of entry, exit, and transfer invoices, material returns, freight cancellations, and other situations as required by the department. * Verify and analyze entries of incoming material invoices (parts, office supplies, services, fuel, cleaning supplies, fixed assets, etc.) into the system. * Issue tax payment slips, organize them according to due dates, and forward them to the Finance Department for payment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Experience as a Fiscal Analyst; * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of state-level tax legislation; advanced Excel training. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
