Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Provide customers with information regarding delivery estimates, service areas, status of shipped service deliveries, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments, ensuring effective handling of all customer interactions; * Schedule pickups in accordance with negotiated terms to ensure timely shipment of goods and proper execution of requested services; * Provide quotations to customers seeking EPC’s services, converting inquiries into executed services across all communication channels offered by the company, while adhering to EPC’s commercial policies, campaigns, procedures, and manuals, thereby ensuring successful quotation execution; * Proactively contact existing customers and prospects to strengthen loyalty and increase both pickup requests and active quotations, ensuring achievement of organizational goals; * Develop in-depth knowledge of each market served by EPC—and particularly the market under your responsibility—to stimulate new shipments and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth; * Ensure the company’s visual identity layout is preserved in commercial proposals and correspondence, and verify alignment with agreements made with the customer.
