Job Summary: Lead and guide teams in construction execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety, while also controlling productivity standards and managing employees. Develop and monitor employee performance * Organize and guide employees under direct supervision across various tasks of the construction process to ensure project development within schedule, cost, quality, and safety parameters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide on-site employee activities. * Control site productivity standards, including inspection of service quality and construction inputs used, in accordance with the quality management system. * Instruct general helpers or laborers on the best methods to perform work and avoid waste. * Assign tasks to employees, considering individual specifications to achieve maximum efficiency in construction execution. * Arrange for cleaning, repair, maintenance, and/or replacement of small-sized tools and equipment, as needed, to ensure normal workflow and operational efficiency (e.g., drill, sander, rock drill, etc.). * Monitor work execution and provide information to superiors. * Manage employees to maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite. * Perform other duties related to the position and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Train, develop, and monitor employee performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Building Construction (preferred). * Experience as a team leader. * Experience on construction sites performing skilled trades. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Health Insurance \+ Totalpass \+ Dental Plan * Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company delivering real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
