Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing the BIM Mandate, strategic cost development, BIM quantity take-offs, and preparing budgets and schedules, with a focus on construction planning and control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in developing the BIM Mandate and cost development. 2. Preparation of feasibility and execution budgets. 3. Experience in construction planning and control, and proficiency in BIM. **Job Description:** ---------------------- The professional will be responsible for supporting the development of the BIM Mandate and developing strategic and operational cost compositions, as well as extracting quantities directly from BIM models. They will also be tasked with preparing feasibility and execution budgets, structuring execution schedules and physical-financial plans, and reporting cost and schedule results for ongoing projects. Their role will further include monitoring engineering-related processes, with emphasis on planning and control.
