




Job Summary: A professional responsible for tire mounting, dismounting, maintenance, and control, including external services and sector organization. Key Highlights: 1. Values organization, responsibility, and proactivity. **Job Description:** Mount and dismount tires—with or without inner tubes—for general repairs. Perform tire rotations and inflation pressure checks. Collect and record tire tread depth on the equipment’s log sheet. Replace tires on equipment and accurately record the replacement in the corresponding log sheet. Balance wheel-and-tire assemblies. Assist with inventory counts and dispatch tires to warehouses. Inspect tires on equipment parked in the company yard. Assess fleet tire condition using a wooden hammer test. Provide external emergency assistance (roadside support) for punctured or blown-out tires. Maneuver vehicles when necessary. Inflate tires to proper pressure upon service completion—even if not specified in the work order. Follow work instructions and comply with requests from the immediate supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Desired Qualifications: **Requirements:** Driver’s License Category B. Experience in tire maintenance and replacement (preferred). Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. Availability for external services.
