




Job Summary: A professional responsible for fleet control and maintenance, managing budgets, parts and service quotations, and communicating with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Direct communication with customers for service approval. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform fleet control and maintenance activities, including receiving and reviewing quotations, verifying information in the oil change and mileage tracking system, and obtaining quotations for parts and services (e.g., oils, filters, tires, wheel alignment and balancing). Responsible for approving quotations, drafting customer communications, and monitoring authorizations. Responsibilities Receive quotations for fleet vehicles; Verify data in the oil change and mileage tracking system; Obtain quotations for oils, filters, tires, wheel alignment, and balancing; Approve quotations; Draft e-mails to customers for quotation approval; **Requirements:** Educational Background Required Completed high school education.
