Organization, attention to detail, and deadline discipline Working as a Notarial Deed Drafter at a notary office, responsible for drafting, verifying, and organizing drafts of notarial acts, ensuring legal compliance, juridical clarity, and strict adherence to deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting and reviewing drafts of notarial deeds and acts; * Detailed verification of data, documents, names, numbers, and deadlines; * Reviewing personal and real estate documents to support notarial acts; * Reviewing personal and real estate documents to support notarial acts; * Applying civil legislation, notarial regulations, and guidance issued by the Office of the Inspector General; * Standardizing clauses and draft templates; * Organizing and controlling versions, physical and digital files; * Using internal notary office systems, text editors, and digital protocols; * Assisting in communicating document-related pending issues with colleagues and involved parties. Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. Requirements: * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Technical or higher education in Law, Notarial Studies, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in notarial services, real estate law, or legal drafting; * Knowledge of civil legislation applicable to notarial and registry acts; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word; * Organization, extreme attention to detail, and deadline discipline; * Good communication skills, ethical conduct, and professional confidentiality; * Availability for 100% in-person work in a formal notary office environment. + **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working at a notary office; * Continuing education courses in notarial studies, real estate law, or legal drafting; * Familiarity with digital protocols and electronic signatures; * Basic English or Spanish for serving foreign clients.
