That’s why we seek those who can unite both. **If you master design and leverage AI to elevate your craft, this role is for you.** Strong aesthetics + speed + AI intelligence. **Your day-to-day:** • Create visually stunning social media assets meeting high aesthetic standards • Develop conversion-optimized, visually flawless landing pages • Design presentations featuring strong storytelling and premium design • Produce performance-focused campaign creatives • Use AI to explore variations, accelerate production, and elevate quality • Collaborate with the team to rapidly transform ideas into polished executions • Create multiple versions of assets for testing — without compromising visual quality **What we expect from you:** • A refined eye for design, aesthetics, and details • Passion for AI and daily application in your workflow • Ability to balance visual quality with delivery speed • Understanding that design here must both captivate and convert simultaneously • Awareness of current trends in design, branding, and digital marketing • Openness to feedback and rapid improvement **Hard Skills:** • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalents) • Experience with: • Landing pages • Social media • Traffic-oriented creatives • Presentations (PPT / Keynote / Google Slides) • Rich materials such as eBooks and structured PDFs • Ability to organize complex content into well-structured deliverables (e.g., eBooks, presentations, educational materials) • Strong grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Knowledge of the infoproducts market **Nice-to-Haves:** • Advanced use of AI in the creative process: • Midjourney / DALL·E / Freepik AI • ChatGPT applied to design.. GEMINI • Basic motion design or video editing skills (CapCut, Runway, etc.) — desirable **Profile:** • Possesses good taste and can articulate the reasoning behind it • Works quickly but never sacrifices quality • Tests, improves, refines • Doesn’t wait for a perfect brief to begin • Continuously strives to elevate the quality of deliverables
