Assistance in audits and monitoring of labor legislation Industry company located in the Boqueirão neighborhood is hiring for immediate start: **HR/DP ASSISTANT** *Responsibilities:* * Conduct hiring processes for new employees, including document collection, system registration, and onboarding; * Administer benefits for new employees, such as transportation allowance, meal allowance, and food vouchers, including enrollments, cancellations, and adjustments; * Prepare and update employee records in internal systems; * Issue and send mandatory documents, such as pay slips, declarations, employment contracts, notices, and agreements; * Support the management of medical certificates, vacation requests, leaves of absence, and other absences; * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files and personnel records; * Provide employee assistance to clarify questions regarding payroll, benefits, vacations, and labor-related topics; * Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information; * Monitor changes in labor legislation and company policies to ensure process compliance; * Manage and deliver uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to new employees *Requirements:* * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Easy access to the Boqueirão neighborhood; * Familiarity with Senior system; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience in this role, preferably in the industrial sector. *Company offers:* * Competitive salary aligned with the position * Meal allowance of BRL 880.00 per month; * Food voucher of BRL 40.50 per workday; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental plans (with co-payment); * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Daycare assistance for dependents up to 5 years of age.
