Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing, assembling, and maintaining resources and equipment for recreational activities and events, ensuring optimal departmental operation. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and maintenance of recreational activities and events. 2. Customer service and supervision of service providers. 3. Preventive repairs on audio, video, and lighting equipment. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Sort, verify, deliver, receive, sanitize, and store daily all resources required for conducting recreational activities; Prepare and supply daily all resources required for conducting recreational activities (e.g., music and video organization, document printing, etc.); Assemble and disassemble recreational activities daily according to guidelines; Assemble audio and video equipment following training instructions; Set up thematic decorations according to the requirements of the recreational program or an event; Receive, verify, and store daily all purchase requests and warehouse requisitions; Attend to and supervise third-party service providers whenever necessary (e.g., tents, bands, DJs, etc.); Organize and clean resource storage areas; Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on departmental equipment whenever necessary (audio, video, and lighting); **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Agility Attention Energy Organization INCOMPLETE HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $1,980.00 **Work Location:** ---------------------- AGUATIVA GOLF RESORT **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Shift T2 \- from 8:40 AM to 5:00 PM
