With growing demand, we invested in modern equipment and expanded our team, enabling expansion across multiple Brazilian states—including Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Tocantins, Paraná, Bahia, and Rio Grande do Sul—as well as recent plant inaugurations in Paraguay and Mexico. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as a technical reference for heavy vehicle driving, including Rodotrem operations (CNH Category AE). * Deliver practical, on-site training focused on safe driving practices, safety, and economical driving. * Support the driver team in interpreting telematics data and guiding them toward achieving targets. * Monitor and support team performance with critical insight and a focus on continuous improvement. * Directly resolve transportation operation-related issues. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Negotiation. * Organization. * Leadership. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** Durlicouros * **Work Location:** Santa Terezinha/BA, Cuiabá/MT, Wanderlândia/TO, Xinguara/PA, or São José dos Pinhais/PR * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:18, with a 1-hour lunch break; however, availability for travel (30–45 days) and conducting training en route—aligned with drivers’ schedules—is required. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Master Driver, operating heavy fleets and Rodotrem vehicles. * Valid and up-to-date CNH Category AE license. * Updated MOPP certification. * Knowledge of telematics systems and indicators of economical driving. * Willingness to travel. * Preferred: Familiarity with routes across different regions of Brazil. * Preferred: Proficiency in Excel.
