




Description: * High school diploma; * Higher education in progress in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Production Engineering, Administration or related fields is desirable; * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office; * Experience in Pest Control Management; * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * At least 6 months of experience in the field or related areas. It will be a differentiator if: * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Understanding of international legislation consultation (FDA, JECFA and EFSA); * Experience with FSSC 22000 implementation; * Conduct training sessions and lectures focused on quality and management systems; * Interact with all mill departments to support the IMS; * Contribute to the definition and management of performance indicators; * Participate in the development and monitoring of action plans; * Comply with food safety requirements; * Manage internal and external audits; * Manage non-conformities; * Conduct critical analysis meetings at the unit; * Conduct SWOT analysis at the unit; * Monitor integrated pest control procedures (IPC), request and maintain updated documentation from third-party companies and IPC records, schedule disinfestations and specific treatments; * Qualify suppliers of critical items (raw materials, ingredients, packaging and hygiene products); * Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP plan at the unit; * Manage the project for implementing the FSSC 22000 scheme at the unit. 251014020226648341
