Guidance on technical standards and procedures **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the execution of technical and administrative support schedules; * Evaluate and issue technical opinions regarding equipment maintenance locations and conditions; * Guide the technical team in adhering to service schedules, standards, technical procedures, and workplace safety; * Lead the team: participate in recruitment processes, conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and provide feedback. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Chemistry, Building Construction, Sanitation, or related fields; * Experience in sanitation or maintenance; * Valid driver's license and availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet; * Familiarity with systems, reporting, processes, and procedures; * Knowledge of leadership and people management; * Prior experience in leadership will be considered an advantage.
