Job Summary: Operate washing machines to clean clothes and textiles, sort, classify, and inspect garments, and maintain an organized and safe work area. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining workplace organization and safety Operate washing machines to clean clothes, sheets, and other textile items. Sort and classify garments by fabric type, color, and degree of soiling. Add cleaning chemicals and detergents according to manufacturer instructions. Monitor the washing process to ensure proper cleaning of garments. Conduct visual inspections to detect stains and damage before and after washing. Fold and package cleaned garments appropriately. Keep the work area organized and clean. Follow safety and hygiene procedures when handling chemicals and equipment.
