




Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting and analyzing samples, monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Collection and analysis of various production samples. 2. Monitoring of processes and quality control equipment. 3. Participation in audits and continuous improvement programs. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect samples of raw materials, water, syrups, packaging, and finished products for analysis. * Perform physicochemical analyses (Brix, pH, acidity, CO₂, chemical concentration, etc.). * Conduct microbiological analyses or forward samples to a specialized laboratory. * Monitor cleaning and sanitization of production lines (CIP – Clean in Place). * Control and monitor washing, rinsing, filling, and beverage preparation processes. * Perform tests on inspection equipment (e.g., bottle inspection and fill-level verification). * Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and food safety programs. * Block and segregate non-conforming products. * Conduct root cause analyses and support non-conformance resolution activities. * Record analysis results and track quality indicators. * Participate in audits and continuous improvement programs (5S, Kaizen, MASP). * Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards.
