This professional is essential to ensuring service efficiency and product quality. **Requirements**: Proven experience in this role **Responsibilities**: \- Assist in ingredient pre-preparation (washing, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, breads, etc.) according to recipes and guidelines. \- Assemble hamburgers, sandwiches, and side dishes according to orders and house standards. \- Assist in cooking (frying, grilling, flat-top cooking) of items under supervision. \- Maintain the workstation (service area) clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift. \- Perform cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment (griddles, fryers, etc.), and the kitchen in general. \- Wash dishes as needed. \- Ensure proper disposal of waste (trash). \- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming goods. \- Ensure correct storage and labeling of ingredients, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. **Benefits**: Meals provided at the workplace Meal allowance Attendance bonus Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.452,85 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
