




Job Summary: Experienced professional required to design and develop menus, coordinate the kitchen team, and ensure service quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Kitchen quality and hygiene management - Design and develop menus, create dishes, pair ingredients, and define preparation methods and presentation standards. - Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team, assign tasks, train new staff, and monitor productivity. - Inspect dish and ingredient quality, ensure dish presentation complies with established standards, and prepare technical specifications. - Organize and coordinate kitchen operations, ensure proper preparation of meals and desserts, and supervise hygiene and safety best practices. - Control costs, oversee facility maintenance, and in some cases assist in kitchen layout planning and design. Requirements and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Head Chef. - Extensive culinary knowledge, including techniques, ingredients, and trends. - Leadership, communication, and management skills to lead the kitchen team.
