The Young Apprentice will assist in the processes of the Administrative area and in organizing the workplace; attend to employees, contributing to the receipt, verification, and filing of documentation; assist in typing documents and reports; prepare spreadsheets and file control, among other activities related to their area of operation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in the processes of their area of operation, organizing documents according to received instructions, verifying defined standards, checking previous precedents or established parameters, in order to meet the necessary requirements for each activity; Assist in internal data collection, gathering data and information as requested by their immediate supervisor, aiming to meet the demands of their area of operation; Contribute to the preparation of spreadsheets and reports, following instructions received from their immediate supervisor, assisting in preparing simulations, performing calculations, and editing texts, according to the needs of their area of operation; Provide assistance to employees, assessing their needs and directing them to the relevant department and/or responsible personnel; Contribute to the receipt, verification, and filing of various documentation, following instructions from their immediate supervisor; Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed high school, aged between 18 and 24 years, with basic knowledge of the Office suite and some experience in activities related to their area of operation. Behavioral Profile (Skills and Attitudes): Organizational sense, initiative, proactivity, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, communication, customer focus, goal achievement, and teamwork complete the profile.
