Job Summary: This role involves assisting in benefits processes, including order tracking, data entry, and employee support, ensuring effective communication and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We began our journey in 1984 and, over the years, have expanded our operations, now operating three strategically located factories in southern Brazil: Caçador/SC, Santa Cecília/SC, and Palmas/PR. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in benefits-related processes, such as order control, system data entry, and employee support for inquiries and issues. * Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees for available benefits—including life insurance, health plans, meal allowances, food vouchers, chartered transportation, transportation vouchers, and other benefits. * Verify invoices and perform system entries—including adding or removing employees—to meet employee needs. * Assist in controlling and verifying payments to service providers, entering all required data into company-provided systems. * Assist in monitoring sensitive company activities such as internal cafeterias and chartered transportation. * Provide general support to employees, answering questions related to benefits. * Assist in communicating available benefits to employees, clarifying their rights and responsibilities, and promoting awareness initiatives regarding benefit utilization. * Support satisfaction surveys to identify employee needs and expectations regarding benefits and gather feedback to improve the program. * Prepare reports to monitor benefits program performance, identify opportunities, and suggest improvements. * Ensure adherence to departmental policies and labor legislation.
