Delegate and verify preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational results and maintain proper site functionality. Participate in equipment scheduling, prioritizing support for operations, electrical, hydraulic, and civil systems across all company facilities to ensure proper operation. Conduct daily inspections of various site installations (e.g., landscaping, electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing) to ensure compliance with the company's specific work routines. Verify water, electricity, and GMG (generator) meter readings in spreadsheets and enter them into the Facilities & Maintenance Portal (information management system for Facilities and Maintenance); identify causes of fluctuations to support decision-making when necessary. Initiate purchase requisitions in the RM system (management software) for materials, equipment, and outsourced services required to carry out maintenance activities. Ensure control over on-site material inventory after acquisition to prevent delays in scheduled maintenance tasks due to material shortages. Coordinate and monitor third-party companies during budget preparation for planned services to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Monitor maintenance of CPDs, generators, substations, breakers, and electrical panels to prevent disruptions to operational processes. Prepare a weekly report documenting the status of all site-related requests to ensure operational results and maintain optimal site functionality. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
