We are looking for a **City Commercial Supervisor** to oversee teams of city commercial leaders and the network of local partners, monitoring goals and performance indicators such as sales, activations, and customer base growth. Ensure execution of commercial strategies in cities under your responsibility by implementing action plans and securing necessary logistical and operational support. Directly negotiate with marketing suppliers, media outlets, and influencers, while managing institutional relationships with public agencies and technical support (IAT). Focus on leading the regional commercial cycle—from performance tracking to strengthening the brand in the local market.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Ensure compliance with departmental standards, processes, routines, and policies;
* Lead and align your team through follow-ups, training, feedback, task delegation, conflict resolution, motivational initiatives, performance evaluations, recruitment requests, reassignment or termination requests, and disciplinary actions, among other people management activities;
* Promote and internalize the organizational culture within your team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy);
* Monitor and analyze area performance indicators and define short- and medium-term actions to improve deliverables;
* Seek innovations and improvements that enhance productivity and performance in area activities;
* Support audit processes when required;
* Prepare and present results reports, forms, spreadsheets, or documents to leadership upon request;
* Participate in defining the area’s strategic and budgetary planning when requested;
* Actively attend organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and per leadership direction;
* Supervise City Commercial Leaders’ teams, tracking goals, performance, and commercial evolution for each city under your responsibility;
* Ensure execution of company-defined sales strategies, monitoring commercial results and implementing action plans whenever necessary to improve indicators and reinforce the company’s presence in the city;
* Supervise the network of commercial partners, tracking development of brand ambassadors, store attendants, sales promoters, and local partner networks;
* Negotiate with marketing suppliers to execute commercial activities in cities and with local media outlets—including radio, television, and digital influencers—to expand brand and product visibility;
* Support logistical operations for commercial activities, ensuring teams and partners have access to necessary resources for executing commercial tasks;
* Maintain close relationships with IAT teams to facilitate ticket creation and emergency technical support activation;
* Manage institutional relationships, interacting with public agencies and local institutions when necessary, acting as a facilitator for the company’s commercial initiatives in the region;
* Continuously monitor performance indicators, tracking results related to sales, activations, customer base growth, partner performance, and cities’ commercial development.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields;
* Prior experience leading commercial teams;
* Experience managing field sales and indirect channels;
* Experience planning and executing commercial activities;
* Management of commercial KPIs (sales, targets, PDU, conversion);
* Commercial planning and campaign execution;
* Knowledge of trade marketing;
* Basic understanding of negotiations with suppliers and media outlets;
* Fundamental knowledge of technical operations;
* Strong ability to build institutional relationships;
* Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs).
**Other Requirements:**
* Willingness to travel frequently between cities;
* Valid driver’s license and availability for travel.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in telecommunications or retail sectors is desirable;
* Basic knowledge of technical operations in Telecom/IAT.
