Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product visibility Cardeal Distribuidora | Caruaru - PE | On-site Job Description Responsible for ensuring excellence in point-of-sale (POS) execution, connecting the company's commercial strategy to field operations, industry partners, trade marketing, and the execution team. Defines and manages regional routes (Agreste, RMR, and Sertão) and sales channel routes (self-service, traditional retail, pharmacy, pet, and food service), ensuring efficient coverage and appropriate visit frequency according to store profile (A/B/C). Responsibilities and Duties * Manage, guide, and develop merchandising promoters. * Define routes, visit frequencies, and store portfolios. * Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs such as: Stockouts; Shelf share; Material activation; Campaign execution; Visit frequency * Collaborate integrally with: Sales; Trade Marketing; Logistics; Partner industries * Plan efficient distribution to POS locations * Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve product visibility, and expand brand presence at POS * Weekly monitoring trips to Agreste, RMR, and Sertão regions.
