On a daily basis, you will be responsible for supporting the operational team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, your skills in administrative routines will be essential to the success of our operations. If you have knowledge of Excel and are currently pursuing or have completed a higher education degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, this is your opportunity to shine at Eurotextil. Your responsibilities include: * Processing, recording, and updating operational information and internal spreadsheets; * Updating the daily schedule in the system (CNTR); * Supporting communication between headquarters and branch via email and WhatsApp; * Printing labels; * Controlling and organizing office inventory; * Performing goods entry and verification in the system; * Providing support for operational team routines and requests. We look forward to welcoming you aboard! ✨ Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in progress is preferred); * Basic computer skills (Excel/spreadsheets and systems); * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills for interaction between teams (headquarters and branch); * Agility and responsibility in performing routine tasks; * Ability to handle both operational and administrative tasks; * Prior experience in administrative or operational routines is a plus.
