




Job Summary: The professional will work in the collections area, supporting monitoring and negotiation with customers to reduce delinquency in real estate financing. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting with FGTS usage and installment incorporation **About the position** We are seeking professionals to work in the collections area, supporting monitoring and negotiation activities with customers, aiming to contribute to reducing delinquency with the financing bank. The role involves customer contact, contract monitoring, and support for matters related to real estate financing. **Main responsibilities** * Collect from delinquent customers; * Assist customers in using FGTS with the financing agent; * Ensure delivery of notifications and bills; * Monitor new contracts during the first quarter after enrollment; * Assist customers in the installment incorporation process; * Request opening of requests with the financing agent when necessary; * Monitor the customer’s status after debt negotiation; * Support the notary office in identifying plots and delivering notifications, when necessary. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting Sciences, Commercial Management, Economics, or Management Processes. **Preferred qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Day off; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Follow-up by the PIPA Institute.
