Analyzes daily production reports and identifies deviations from process standards. He/she is responsible for production output, work productivity, personnel management, and machinery management. It is the Production Supervisor's responsibility to lead and train employees, consistently pursuing skill development and continuous process improvement. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this professional to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment. * Assign tasks and guide employees; * Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback; * Update internal systems. * Monitor the use of raw materials and components in production to prevent waste; * Ensure daily and weekly activities are completed; * Train newly hired employees; * Maintain clean and organized work areas, complying with and enforcing safety rules and procedures; * Monitor the operation of machines and equipment, identifying and resolving any technical issues; * Implement strategies to improve operational planning performance; * Report to HR and administration if encountering an issue that cannot be resolved;
