We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to strengthen our team, responsible for supporting food production and preparation, ensuring organization, quality, and service continuity in the kitchen—with special emphasis on bakery and confectionery—thereby contributing to customer satisfaction through fresh, well-presented, and excellently prepared products. If you are dedicated, organized, and committed to quality, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Daily inventory control, including expiration dates, storage, and recording of receipts and withdrawals; * Identification of needs and support in procurement planning; * Monitoring consumption and identifying new productions according to demand and events; * Participation in the creation of weekly menus, considering variety, nutrition, and ingredient utilization; * Execution of preparations using ingredient reuse, following food safety standards; * Maintenance of sector organization, cleaning, and sanitation, ensuring operational fluidity and sanitary compliance. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of confectionery and bakery, and basic understanding of food safety; * Must reside in Caruaru/PE.
