About the position: * We are looking for a Stock Assistant to receive, inspect, and verify the expiration dates of products in the warehouse, control losses and damages, organize stock, conduct inventories and stocktaking, generate reports, and verify material entry and exit procedures. Main responsibilities: * Control the entry and exit of goods; * Determine average product outflows to avoid unnecessary purchases; * Keep the stock management system properly updated; * Label and package products; * Inspect goods, and perform loading and unloading of merchandise; * Maintain control over stock, storage, entry and exit of goods, vehicles, and product sorting; register invoices, quotations, counter sales, and other duties related to this position; * Ensure stock organization and cleanliness; * Guarantee shelf restocking; * Monitor product expiration dates, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology; * Store and sort products. Mandatory requirements: * Attention to detail and work accuracy; * Analytical ability; * Completed high school education.
