· Assist the Building Maintenance Technician in the following activities:
o Install and maintain high- or low-pressure piping systems;
o Mark installation points for pipes, fittings, and wall/floor openings using marking instruments to guide installation of the designed system;
o Excavate trenches in the ground, guided by key reference points and using manual or mechanical tools;
o Install sanitary ware, sewage conductors, plumbing fixtures, and other installation components;
o Perform maintenance on installations, replacing or repairing components such as pipes, valves, fittings, appliances, insulating coatings, and others;
o Unclog sewage systems and perform preventive maintenance on main sewage networks, inspection chambers, and stormwater drainage networks using specific techniques;
o Prepare quantitative estimates of parts required to execute the service, enabling procurement requests;
· Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment;
· Maintain glass and façades, clean premises and accessories; organize and prepare the worksite;
· Construct foundations and masonry structures, apply finishes and screeds;
· Perform work in:
o carpentry;
o metalworking;
o plastering;
o waterproofing;
· Carry out all building maintenance-related activities;
· Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
· Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support.
Employment type: Full-time
Compensation: R$1.651,75 - R$1.859,41 per month
Travel availability:
