Job Summary: A Private Hospital is seeking a Quality Analyst to develop and manage standards, procedures, indicators, and incidents, as well as participate in nursing onboarding presentations. Prior experience in Quality is a plus A Private Hospital in Colatina seeks a Quality Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and implement standards, procedures, routines, and workflows. Prepare and submit the weekly Quality activities schedule. Prepare, review, and deliver nursing onboarding presentations for new nursing professionals (when applicable). Verify the two Dashboards presented at the Quality and Safety Committee prior to national meetings. Record quality indicator data collections. Manage the incidents and action plans module. Previous roles such as Quality Control Specialist, Quality Auditor, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
