Job Summary: Professional responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, providing technical support and performing diagnostics on fiber optic and radio networks. Direct technical support to customers **Job Description:** ---------------------- Meet goals and performance indicators under your responsibility; Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of internet radio, telephony, and fiber optic equipment; Provide technical support and configure equipment for customers; Perform diagnostics and resolve issues in fiber optic networks; Install, configure, and maintain equipment located on internet towers; Perform tasks at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Carry out low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to ensure connectivity; Install, configure, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive network components, as well as equipment in FTTX and radio networks; Retrieve equipment and materials from inactive customers; Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Adhere to Compliance standards, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Travel when necessary; Perform other related duties as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Desirable experience in the technical telecommunications field; Driver's license category B; Required certifications/knowledge: o NR10; o NR35\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical reasoning; Strong verbal communication skills; Systemic vision; Organization and discipline; Good interpersonal skills; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem – Health and Well-being Teleconsultation Service Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Florianópolis.
