Job Summary: The professional will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for fiber optic and radio-based internet networks 2. Maintenance and configuration of equipment on towers 3. Tasks requiring logical reasoning and strong communication skills **Job Description:** ---------------------- Meet goals and performance indicators under your responsibility; Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of radio-based internet, telephony, and fiber optic equipment; Provide technical support and configure equipment at customer sites; Perform diagnostics and resolve issues in fiber optic networks; Install, configure, and maintain equipment deployed on internet towers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Carry out low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to ensure connectivity; Install, configure, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive network components, as well as FTTX and radio network equipment; Retrieve equipment and materials from inactive customers; Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Uphold conduct aligned with Compliance standards, the Code of Ethics, and internal policies; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Travel when required; Perform other related duties as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Desirable: prior experience in the telecommunications technical field; Driver’s license category B; Required certifications/knowledge: o NR10; o NR35\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical reasoning; Strong verbal communication skills; Systemic thinking; Organization and discipline; Good interpersonal skills; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance/food voucher Starbem – Health and Wellness Teleconsultation Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation voucher Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Florianópolis.
