




Job Summary: Professionals required to handle baggage and cargo on aircraft, demanding coordination, attention, and analytical ability to ensure the safety and efficiency of airport operations. Aircraft servicing and marshalling Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, and floor scanning to retrieve dropped objects; auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the apron. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Perform volume segregation at airport sorting areas by reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) onto the correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including recommendations for special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise cargo and baggage packaging to verify suitability for transportation, ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and properly allocate baggage and cargo in holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Marshal non-motorized equipment during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes for each service type and airport classification where operating; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511030202241571405
