Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resilience; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and scanning for fallen objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Perform segregation of baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (e.g., fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (retrieval carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections via reading of volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify compliance with transportation requirements, ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and appropriately allocate baggage and cargo into aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within prescribed timeframes based on service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities occurring during operations to supervisors. 2512050202181571405
