* Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable).
* Prior experience in transportation/logistics within retail or supermarkets.
* Experience managing operational teams.
* Basic knowledge of fleet maintenance.
* Proficiency in Excel and management systems.
* Knowledge of traffic legislation.

**Main Responsibilities**
**Management of delivery personnel (delivery riders), truck drivers, and light vehicle drivers.**
* Supervise delivery personnel responsible for delivering purchases made at physical stores, telesales, or e\-commerce.
* Ensure punctuality, route organization, and quality of customer service.
* Monitor incidents such as delays, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
* Ensure the team maintains standards of courtesy, personal appearance, and professional conduct.
* Monitor daily productivity (number of deliveries per route/delivery person).
Supervise drivers responsible for: Transferring goods between network stores and transporting products to farms (where applicable).
* Ensure compliance with replenishment deadlines between units.
* Control cargo safety, product integrity, and document verification.
* Monitor working hours, tachograph records, and mandatory documentation.
* Supervise drivers responsible for transporting: Perishable goods, meat, and refrigerated or fast-turnover products.
* Ensure proper temperature control and adherence to good transportation practices.
* Ensure vehicle sanitation and compliance with sanitary regulations.
* Reduce losses caused by improper transportation.
**Fleet and Cost Management**
* Control preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance (trucks and light vehicles).
* Monitor fuel consumption and mileage.
* Manage traffic fines, accidents, and fleet documentation.
* Monitor logistics costs and propose operational improvements.
* Develop strategies for route optimization and expense reduction.
