**Technical and Behavioral Requirements:**
**Education:**
Completed Elementary School (minimum requirement).
Preferred: Incomplete or completed High School.
**Experience:**
Minimum of 6 months in supermarket butcher departments, slaughterhouses, or meat shops.
Proficiency in traditional and specialty meat cuts.
**Technical Knowledge:**
Meat handling (beef, pork, poultry, lamb cuts);
Basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and food preservation;
Operation of scales and cutting equipment (band saws, grinders, slicers);
Customer service.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform deboning, specific cuts, and portioning of beef, pork, poultry, and other proteins sold;
* Monitor product quality on display, verifying expiration dates, storage temperatures, and appearance;
* Restock display counters and shelves according to demand and product turnover;
* Serve customers at the butcher counter, offering custom cuts, preparation guidance, and cooking suggestions;
* Clean and organize equipment, utensils, and the work environment in accordance with health surveillance (ANVISA) regulations and good handling practices;
* Support sector inventory, controlling losses and preventing waste;
* Use mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as per company internal regulations;
* Maintain sector organization and visual standardization.
