Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, managing product and service portfolios, and promoting financial solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Customer retention and achievement of established goals **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, including management of product and service portfolios, support to business teams and PA-related processes, including PJ customers through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as providing financial consulting focused on the cooperative member's needs and the cooperative's results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, promoting service quality, efficiency and standardization, achievement of established goals, and offering products and services compatible with customer expectations and loyalty within the area of responsibility. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Fields: Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, and/or related areas); CPA 10 certification; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite); Proficiency in negotiation of financial products and services; Proficiency in credit cooperative legislation; Proficiency in customer service techniques; Proficiency in the financial market; Proficiency in sales techniques; Proficiency in credit policies; Proficiency in Central Bank (BACEN), Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA) regulations; Proficiency in financial mathematics; Proficiency in products and services (funding and credit, bank collections, etc). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Corporate mobile phone, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
