* Operate automated welding machines, performing basic setup and maintenance, ensuring effective production and quality standards, monitoring robotic welding processes to ensure compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards; * Select and initiate pre-configured welding programs; * Read and interpret engineering drawings, carefully analyzing the information provided and understanding technical specifications to prevent errors during the assembly process; * High School Diploma or equivalent; * Experience in metallurgy or completion of an introductory welding/boilermaking course.
